Worm Cave / Worm Holes

New Cave Variant : Worm Cave / Worm Holes.

Description: Worm Caves Would be 2x2 caves deep underground (Overworld). These caves will commonly have 4 way intersections to sometimes confuse the player if they are not to mark certain areas or leave torches. These type of caves would be perfect to be in addition for a cave update. Worm Caves can be common or rare depending on the biome. If in a cold biome like the Tundra, than it would be likely that worm caves would generate due to the freezing temperatures on the surface. In ocean biomes than worm holes would be less likely to generate there due to the thick gravel and sand.

Personally I think it would be cool to see added and it shouldn't necessarily mess with the simplicity and code put into the game, Minecraft.
