The Minecraft Dungeons Team may have already made one without announcing it, but I think there should be a Fletcher merchant that can trade arrows. I was thinking 100 Arrows for a price applicable to the player's Power Level. It should appear in that house-like structure nearby the bridge leading to the Church. Not the main house, but the inaccessible one without a roof.
