When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Punching Bag

An item that is two blocks tall that gives a stronger redstone signal depending on where you hit it. Head shots would be max, but the base would be one. It would be similar to the target block but for melee weapons. 

 

Crafting:  armor stand in the center with a target block above it and wheat everywhere else except the corners

 

design: similar to an armor stand but thicker and not hollow. 

 

it can be picked up by holding destroy on it.

    Honestly, I don't think it would have much use outside of decor and the armor stand already sorta fulfill this role...
