Currently there´s only a few ways to buy minecraft

-Gift Cards

-Credit Card

For people like me, that really want to buy minecraft, and is unable to, because

1.- Gift cards are only officially sold for the USA

2.- Not everyone has a credit card

A suggestion to help this would be to add paypal in the minecraft page.
