Light Emitting Mob

When it comes to mobs there is such a wide range of what they can do. However no mobs, at the time of writing, are able to naturally produce and emit light. This is where a light emitting mob could be added. Not only would they add a fun new way of lighting up your builds but they would make your day that little bit lighter, literally. This mob would only be found in the end dimension under specific conditions. For example, as a 20-30% chance reward for killing the ender dragon after respawning it, you could get an Ender Whelp. This would be a passive, small, dragon-like mob that is tamed by feeding it chorus fruit. They could potentially help guide the player to End Cities.
