Ability to disable marketplace menu animations

In the accessibility menu, please add a toggle that disables the animated pictures on the marketplace button. This could show a still image or just the plain button, as the animations can be annoying.

    yes that is super annoying!!! i DONT want to see marketplace ads on my main menu >:(
