Max Level Enchantment UI

It is difficult to know when an enchantment is maxed out. For example, is Looting III the best I can get or can I get Looting IV?
I propose changing the color of max level enchantments, Smite V, Looting III, etc. so that one can easily see the difference between enchantments that can be improved vs those that cannot.

    Even though I know you need atleast 15 bookshelves for an enchantment table to be max, I can tell by opening the enchantment table and checking the last option of enchanting, if it tells me I need 30 levels to unlock that option, then I know the enchantment table is maxed out

    Also, if you want to know how much rescourses you need for 15 bookshelves and you're not bothered to work it out, your lucky that I simply know how to:

    15 bookshelves = 45 books + 90 planks
    45 bookshelves = 135 paper + 45 leather
    92 planks = 23 logs
