An in-game options.txt editor

There are some options in options.txt that cannot be changed in-game, so an in-game options.txt editor would be great. On the left side of the screen, all options in the file are listed, and on the right of each there is a button or slider that changes the option. The option on the left can be double-clicked to edit the value as in options.txt.

Note: The "version" option, when edited, will reset to what it was. On the right side of it there won't be a button but the version number.
