Hole digger spiders can be found in multiple different biomes but aren’t incredibly common. They are a little bigger than regular Minecraft spiders and live in big, surface level holes that generate when they spawn. Only one spider can live in one hole. They’re very territorial and will fight other hole diggers. They can cover their holes in coarse dirt to allow themselves to hide in their holes. They won’t go far from their hole, even when chasing their prey. Speaking of prey, they will attack any passive or non hostile mob and attempt to kill it. They are incredibly fast and break through coarse dirt allowing them to ambush prey from their hole. It’s not hard to figure out where a hole is because it will be covered in coarse dirt and have coarse dirt around it. These spiders are never passive. They deal four hearts of damage and have twice the health of a regular spider. They are this powerful only because they don’t chase you far. They give you no potion effects which is a plus. If they kill a mob or player, they will grab an item and drag it back into their hole. The hole itself is big enough to walk into but doesn’t go deep because the spiders can’t dig into stone. They would have a similar brown color as regular spiders but would have a pattern on their abdomen. Their eyes would also shine light green instead of red. I hope you enjoyed my idea.
