Rename Bastion Remnants and Nether Fortresses

Bastion Remnants should be renamed. Bastions are a small fortification or turret on a wall. Bastion Remnants are much bigger than that. Bastion Remnants sounds like a ruined, small piece of a wall. They should be renamed to Fortification Remnant or the like. We also have Nether Fortresses which are more like a Nether Wall Maze.
