(Mountain biome update): Mountaineering Camps

Next to new mountain generationa already coming to the mountain update New structures should ofcourse be added too.

An idea would be camps that belonged to now long gone mountaineers, which contain new loot chests/luggage next to torn apart tents and stuff (the chests could contain new enchantments and other loot) and around the camp and mountain remnants of mountaineers should spawn.
