Zipped namespace or folder

Add the possibility to zip part of the datapack to allow to create complexe systems that use a lot of files (and/or big files). For instance, systems based on search trees can contain thousands of files, slowing down the upload/download and take some time to zip/unzip. It could be great to be able to edit such datapack that contain such systems without having to zip/unzip it everytime.

Note: for some applications, such as library datapacks, it is not possible to split the datapack to separate the complex system (in a zipped datapack) from the rest of the datapack.
