Add DoCrafting to /gamerule

This would disable all crafting in a 2x2 area and crafting table. It is very useful for map makers to disable crafting with items in the inventory Of course = false would turn off crafting And = true would turn on crafting. Please add this it is very important to adventure maps and other type of mini games made with commands.

    I think this is a good idea, but keep in mind: gamerules are global and not specific to an area
