Change block values via datapacks

In the Minecraft folder of the data pack, you could enter a json file for a block of your choice, and you can essentially rewrite the block. You could change it's hardness value, and set a custom loot table, if it doesn't have one, so you could make end portal frames breakable and they will drop itself.
