Fletching Table Function

Here is a suggestion for a quick and simple fix to the fletching table functionality:

Spectral arrows and tipped arrows are exclusively crafted through the fletching table and the fletching table would basically have the same interface as the smithing table. There is a slot for arrows and a slot for the ingredient (glowstone dust or lingering potion). You will not be able to make these unique arrows through a normal crafting table anymore. Furthermore, crafting normal arrows can only be crafted through a normal crafting table.

When crafting spectral arrows, it doesn't matter how many arrows you put into the arrows slot as long as you have enough glowstone dust. To work around the crafting recipe of tipped arrows, you would need to do it in increments of 8 since lingering potions are not stackable. This shouldn't be too big of an issue since tipped arrows are not commonly used.
