Expand Bedrock Dedicated Server Compatability to console players not on LAN

This issue is one that would undoubtedly make many players very happy. I do not quite understand the mechanics of why, and could not find another pertinent article. Windows 10 Players could host a BDS and allow their console (or other Win10) friends to join their very own BDS, not having to be on the same LAN as the host. Any and all help appreciated, thanks.

    this feature is way over due. I have a bedrock dedicated server. And I'm able to connect to it by the add server on the windows 10 and android version of bedrock. But my friend that has a Xbox one x or my other friend that has ps4 cant join because they don't have that setting. They only was is with windows 10, android and mobile ios. This would make alike of people happier especially right now with the whole corona thing going on.

    I run my own server and I see this issue when my friends try to connect to it. they are only tempted with a Unable to Connect to Server, but for some reason I can still connect even when I don't use the LAN option. It would be nice to see a Add Server Button that isn't hard to use.
