Implement the "Add Layer" and "Edit Layer" buttons for superflat

When the superflat customization screen was first added, there were "Add Layer" and "Edit Layer" buttons, which were always grayed out as they hadn't been coded yet. However, this never ended up happening, so the buttons were simply removed.

Is there some technical reason this couldn't be added?

The label on the preset text box should at least be changed if this doesn't end up being added, as right now it's much more commonly used for pasting and editing preset codes than it is for copying them to share. The only time you'd want to copy a code from there is if you typed it yourself (in which case the primary purpose of the box was typing the code, not copying it) or if it's just one of the built-in presets with one or more layers removed (in which case there's little to no room for creativity.)

    This is an actual feature in the PS3 edition, as I know so far (As it's my only other version other than Java that I played). I think it really should be added to java

    Yea I agree we really should have this feature in java but you can manually do it with the bar up there if you know how its kind of confusing for a small brain like me but I bet you can make it work for now at least

    want it on 1.22 Bedrock Edition along with the End Update! Of the Superflat World of Windows 10/Windows 11 Bedrock Edition Bedrock update 1.22.1_Rev_ver.1.01!
