Random tool strenght

this command will work like this

you will write a command that will change strenght of a different material tool

and it will change what tool can mine which blocks (this is not same as /give @p iron_shovel 1 0 {"minecraft:can_destroy":{"blocks":["grass"]}} )

it will change strenght of the tool golden pick can mine only few ores, after the command (e.g.:/ts golden_pickaxe enable miencraft:diamond_ore)   it will be able to mine any chosen ore instead of what it can mine normaly 

                                                                              command      tool   to enable/disable mineablility of the chosen ore  ore and the command will look something like this /toolstrenght <tool> enable/disable                                               <ore> or /ts <tool> enable/disable <ore>

it will work for tools that you crafted and will craft in the future
