More diversity/colors in turtles and their scutes

It would be quite cool if there were more diversity and types of species of turtles - because currently there is only a sea turtle.

This would allow for more detailed sea diversity and allow for creativity in turtles, as in you could create more colored turtle shells (as in the helmet).

This could be executed by having a separate texture for the ENTITY turtle's shell and making it change hue in Minecraft code. Scutes and the ARMOR turtle shell would go the same way, but the entire texture instead.
