A new pet for the End: The Flooper

This mob would can be tamed giving he some plants. While he is tamed he follows you and he will attack everything you hit and by hitting him has a chance to float the entity that has been hit.

He would can be sit by the player like the cats and the dogs.

He would can get in your shoulder like the parrots.
