End Particles

This feedback I think is quite easy to explain it's idea, In the recent (at the time of typing this) nether update new particles was added to the environment and I feel it gave a lot of character to the dimension. I feel adding particle like the nether ones to the end will help it stand out and leave a lasting impression. Thank you for your time.

    I don't think particles would look good in the current end, but if they added a new biome for the particles to be in I wouldn't complain.
