Add new gamerules using datapacks

Lately, data packs have been given a lot more new features for the players. We have new biomes and new dimensions, but there is specially a lot more thing the players should be able to using data packs. Plugins only support multiplayer, while data packs have a limit plugins have no limit. I am not saying to make datapacks complicated as plugins, I am just giving more ideas for data packs. Adding new game rules using data pack will be a great thing. If game rule can be added with data packs it will be a great help for map makers/data pack creators/ many other players. (I added it in the commands section cause there is no data pack section :()
