A new redstone block which can change the redstone dot into cross (since now the cross and dot have different functionalities). If it is powerd by a redstone block , redstone torch or redstone dust it gives a constant signal and if it is powerd by a repeater the higher the delay is the less it keeps the block "ubdated" . This functionality makes the redstone contraption which are using this block to ubdate for a small period of time to give to a single tick and turn back ( for example a redstone cross powers 2 pistons and for a single tick it changes the restone cross to a dot so it won't power anymore those pistons to let other pistons to move the blocks for example in a concrete maker machine). This block can also lock a repeater if it is power pointing a repeater and not allow any redstone signal to go through that repeater until the block is turned off ( if it's powered by a restone block/torch/dust) or until the tick runs off ( if it's powered by a repeater of obeservers) . Observers will send a 1 tick pulse on the ubdater. The fact that the longer the delay is the shorter the delay of the ubdater is because from a repeater with shorter delay the redstone signal runs faster and the ubdater will sucks all the power from it compared to a longer delay where the ubdater sucks just a certain amount of power from it. Also if you point a comparator on an ubdater facint on both sides chests it can read true chests and detect which items are similar and send the signal to hoppers
