Ghast Jockey are Hostile Mobs. You can find them in the Nether with a Fkeleton on the Ghast's head, (made a post about Fkeletons) it also make's harder because your fighting Ranged Mobs.10% of the Ghast's in the nether will have a Fkeleton on it's head.
