I feel that although End Cities are hard to conquer and defeat, they lack variety, as the only mob you will see is the Shulker. They are only really dangerous in large groups, and single shulkers are quite easy to defeat, and I feel that another mob should be added. The Shulker Guardian is a brand new, very rare variant of the Shulker, requiring completely different tactics to take down. It's shell looks very similar to a Purpur Block and is almost completely indistinguishable from it, except by a few markings. The Shulker Guardian never opens its shell until a player comes within ten blocks of it, and its shell opens up in a similar fashion to a Conduit, and the Shulker Guardian detaches from its block and flies, using the power of levitation on itself. Now it will begin to shoot projectiles - visually similar to the Ender Dragon fireballs - that deal twenty damage, but is inaccurate and won't hurt much to the well prepared. It will strafe and shoot projectiles every 3 seconds, and will only shoot if the player is in its line of sight. If the player disappears from view, it will reattach itself to the nearest block, preferring Purpur over other blocks. The Shulker Guardian will also attempt to flee from the player if they get within 2.5 blocks of it, and will try to distance itself by 15 blocks, and will continue to flee if the player stays within five blocks of it after it begins fleeing. It has 60 health and drops ender pearls and occasionally a phantom membrane.
