Allow us to play individual cave sounds

I wish to be able to play different individual cave sounds. I plan to use the new feature to add a whistle to my train. I think it could also be used for things such as horror maps, or other things such as the scraping sound being used when a tomb is being opened. I think this could be applied like “ambient.cave.whisle” and the like. I think people would really like this feature. Please consider adding it.

    The playsound command allows you to do this.

    It is not actually currently possible to play specific sounds and it would be very helpful for map builders, especially if you want to build a vanilla map.
