An official forum for Minecraft

Hey there, 

 

We often see questions regarding Minecraft been posted in the Microsoft Community. Sometimes these questions are on topic, whereas other times these are questions off topic which result in us directing them to support chat at Mojang, or the appropriate forum, before locking the thread for good. 

 

Could we have an official forum where people will be able to discuss/ask questions about Minecraft and which you will be able to participate in. The Xbox Community has merged into the Microsoft Community, so maybe this may be an option for you?

    I agree.

    It's a little sad to me that there doesn't seem to be an official forum for Minecraft anymore.

    The unofficial forum is fine, but without official support it feels like it can be easily overlooked.

    With Mojang officially pulling away from Reddit as a main point or contact, could we see this idea taken a little more seriously?

    Bring back the old official forums.
