Melon Utility Mob

Hello! Minecraft currently has 2 utility mobs, and after all this time, why not add one more? Ignore its lack of a decent name right now, but imagine a Melon with a carved face and leaf ears to the side in a plant pot with plant legs sprouting out. It would shoot melon seeds out it's mouth, to defend you against dangerous mobs. It can walk around and shoot mobs in sight. The seeds deliver very low knockback and deal moderate damage. To balance, this guy is pretty weak and has 10 health points. Not only that, but eventually it will run out of seeds to shoot. They will refill by themselves after walking around tilled soil. This can be seen by the leaf ears perking more and more down to say, running out of seeds. They would make a good team with Snow Golems. For example, the Snow Golems would fire and create distance between the mobs, while the Melon Plants attack using the seeds. To create one, you'll place a block of ancient debris(the pot), stack a melon on that, and attach any type of leaves to the sides of the melon. This should use four blocks and make a small T shape. They cannot be attached to a lead. Their weakness is Fire. Please help me with the name anyone and any suggestions to add :)
