Pillager Beast Rodeo

I thought of the unique behavior of the pillager beast. They have saddles, so why can't we ride them? But they probably won't be happy about it so they would use something related to the horse's mechanic and attempt to buck you off of it. But during this rodeo phase, however long it would last, it would give you a chance to swing at it a couple times while holding on for dear life. But you have to be careful because once it bucks you off it would throw you forward and immediately attack you with its horns, ao you have to get off at the right time
