Uploading Datapacks on Realms without needing to Download world

Hi there, I've had a Realm I share with friends for over a year now, and we've gotten a lot done on it. It is a massive amount of storage, and while my laptop has the space, it takes several hours to download the world for reasons such as resetting the Nether, adding Datapacks, etc. and uploading the adjusted world takes around twice as long. The worst part is that if I leave the window in the background, the download/upload fails.

 I'm asking for a more convenient way to adjust a Realm world. Perhaps the Realm owner can access the world files from the Realms menu, saving the trouble of waiting for so long for the download/upload periods.

    This should get more attention. Im in the same dilemma and am thinking about stopping my realm world and start hosting my own server...
