New Structure: Piglin Mines

Piglin Mines would be similar to abandoned mineshafts but would be in the nether. There would be striders used for traveling around the mine on a 1 block wide lava stream in the centre of the shafts instead of minecart tracks. They could also contain piglins holding pickaxes or maybe an enslaved hoglin forced to dig out blocks for the piglins.
