On Bedrock edition before 1.16, players could actually see how long an effect lasts by pressing a certain button, and view notifications to join other players by pressing a different button. However, 1.16's new emotes pushed the mob effects button into the notifications one. Pressing that button while you have no notifications brings you to the mob effects menu, and pressing it with a notification brings you to the notification menu.
This might not seem like a problem at first, but if you're playing a survival world and have dangerous effects such as Wither or Bad Omen, you won't be able to view them if someone spams invites at you.
I propose splitting the two buttons to their state before emotes, but just keeping "mob effects" unassigned for default controls so that players can view their effects, use emotes, and join other players all as separate buttons.
