Colour-specific fill commands

Currently, if you want to fill an area with, say, concrete, you can only fill with white concrete. It would be great if you could fill with different colours. Same with wool, terracotta, etc.

    Actually there is a way so the command would be /fill ~~~ ~~~ Concrete 7. You need to put the data value at the end of the command

    This is already possible on Bedrock Edition.
