Currently, when someone disconnects from the internet, and then reconnects, the world is still offline. This may be useful in circumstances where you want to play strictly offline, but having to log off the world and log back is too much of a process.
There is a use to this "feature," it allows you to play in true singleplayer, with no one else having access to the world. In order to keep this functionality, I have two solutions.
Solution 1: Add a reconnect button. All this does is reconnect the world to Xbox live/the internet.
Solution 2: Java Parity. In Java edition, worlds opened in singleplayer can't be joined unless the host opens the server to LAN. For Bedrock, it would be very useful to have this feature, either opening to LAN and WAN, or just one.
