STRIDER COAT

It would keep the Strider warm allowing you to ride it on land in the nether.

    Maybe carpet should work instead, so that you don't have to add a new block just for this purpose. Striders should have a carpet slot under the saddle slot, and it looks like the carpet slot for a llama.
