Toggle to Hide Outlines (Invisible Hitboxes)

It'd be found in the Video Settings & hides all Hitboxes possible, mainly seen on & around blocks. When disabled, the Outline Selection Toggle should become unavailable. This'd be useful for the people who don't enjoy either Outline Setting.
