Counter to skeletons

Skeletons should be countered by closing the distance between you and them, as such when a skeleton is attacked by a melee weapon their bow should be dropped (similar to Mordhau) or they should be prevented from firing.

your idea is a thing, it’s called a shield. I have killed many skeletons using a shield to deflect skeleton shots. I think that watching the die from their own arrows is funny, but that is a good idea.
