Balance Leather and Raw Porkchop trades

On Java with Cured Zombie Villager Bonus:

1 Raw Porkchop -> 1 Emerald (16 Trades)

1 Leather -> 1 Emerald (16 Trades)

One Hoglin drops:

2 - 4 Raw Porkchop (to 7 with Looting III)

0 - 2 Leather (to 5 with Looting III)

Which makes one Hoglin kill between 2 and 6 Emeralds worth, with Looting III till 12. That Holgins are farmable on the Netherroof makes it even worse.

I believe that there is no point in balancing this particular trade. It is necessary to balance all trade at once, and specifically discounts, they should have a maximum of, for example, 50% for the price in emeralds and 30% for the price in things.
