Snow Golems vs Snow Men

The already existing Snow Golem is really more like a snow man. Perhaps, the Snow Golem should be called Snow Man in order to make way for a new creature under the same name. In other words, a real Snow Golem.

Since it would be built like an iron golem but with snow, it couldn't be as powerful; therefore, it should have about half the health. However, it must have some unique ability. Maybe it could freeze (give slowness) with its attacks, or perhaps it could (in addition to attacking like an iron golem) throw ice blocks like how snow men throw snowballs.

This could make a new, interesting utility mob in Minecraft.
