Different enchantment glint options

The enchantment glint always gives me a headache when I look at it, I've tried all sorts when it comes to graphics settings on both Minecraft and my monitor but its still too in your face and flashy, I think there should be options in accessibility to change the look of the enchantment glint - stuff like opacity, how quickly/ often it glimmers, colour, brightness.
