enderman grifing

a new game rule, enderman griefing, it could be useful to stop enderman griefing without a data pack

it could be great, because when i use the mobgreafing gamerule, villagers stop breeding, zombies stop trying to crack turtle eggs and creepers stop exploding.

it would be neat!
