Villagers should have to collect resources to replenish thier trade

Villagers actually do tings to replenish trades like quartz for emeralds , it doesn't make sense that they get their resources back from their workstations .

For eg : Flechters should actually have to get feathers  to replenish their arrow supply , people can trade sticks to them but if they don't , they still replenish their arrow trade but that doesn't make sense , they should have to craft arrows in order to replenish their trade
