Wither Skeleton should be stronger

Hi. I am minecraft player from 2013. I almost never stoped playing your game. For some reason I really like to test mobs, fighting against them or to know everything about them. But today I came here to ask you if you can make wither skeleton stronger. Why? For start, he is big mob. Its pretty weird to have only 20 hp but being 2.4 blocks tall. Classic skeleton looks like a baby comprared to him and they have equal health and skeleton can wob 1v1 if he has enough Space. There are a lot of smaller mobs which has more hp. He looks to good to be that weak. I would like to give him at least 28 hp (14 hearts) and damage increased to 10. But I think his hp is just terrible. Nether castle is just to easy and I want bigger challenge. Maybe you should make wither skeleton like a mini boss like piglin brute but a weaker. Btw piglin brute should be taller in my opinion. Thats all.
