More mushroom cows

With the nether update there were 2 new biomes that included 2 new mushrooms, so my idea is that there are 2 new types of mushroom cow that are of the 2 new types of mushroom, could spawn in the biomes, or take a mushroom cow to one of those biomes to be composed, they would still give milk but if you use a bowl to milk them give you a new type of stew that will give you fire resistance for some produce light by having bright mushrooms
