/XboxMsg + /GCMsg

I think there should be a command, like maybe /XboxMsg, that msgs a specific person on the Xbox App. You would do /XboxMsg {Username} {Message} and it would send a message to them. It would be a good way for realms/servers to contact people. And /GCMsg could be a way to msg group chat, either putting the people in the chat after, or the chat name after
