C418's Nether music should be reintroduced into 1.16

For whatever reason, C418's nether tracks 'Dead Voxel', 'Warmth', 'concrete halls' and 'Ballad of the Cats' no longer play in the nether.

What I suggest is for Lena Raine's 'Rubedo' be moved so it plays in the warped forest, which currently has no music attributed to the biome and for C418's music to play in the Nether wastes biome.

Possibly one of C418's tracks could play exclusively in the basalt delta or soulsand valley, as at the moment only one track (so below) is being used for both.

I made this post because I was really sad to discover that all of C418's Nether based music was no longer in the game, and wanted to see them re implemented.

  Not true, because they still play in the nether.
