Emotes in chat

My keyboard isn't a qwerty keyboard, it's an azerty. And my artifact key binds are:
1st artifact = q
2nd artifact = s
3rd artifact = d

So the issue is when i press my first artifact it says "No" in chat. I can't change the key bind for it and I've tried changing my artifact key binds but it didn't feel right.
