Piglin Brutes should throw axes

I think that piglin brute should have a more unique AI behavior than their counterparts. Which is why I recommend piglin brutes should throw/hurl their axe at the player whenever they are over a certain amount of blocks away or they are obstacles between them (E.G. fences).
