Add [minCount] argument for /clear command

There should be new argument before [maxCount] called [minCount] specifing minimum number of items present in players inventory to succesfully execute /clear command. This would restrict then amount of items needed in inventory even more, and it would open new possibilities in shopes, quest systems and even more using commands in Minecraft. New /clear command syntax would look like this:

Bedrock Edition:

/clear [player: target] [itemName: Item] [data: int] [minCount: int] [maxCount: int]

Java Edition:

/clear [<targets>] [<item>] [<minCount>] [<maxCount>]

I think it is simple, but probably very useful and powerful thing, that should be added to Minecraft.

  yes the only way that 100% works is that the clear command lets say its clearing 4 wool the command would read successfully even if the player has 1. The only work around is have a timed command to clear the item. If you were using a currency
