While it may make sense to want to push a player out of your server, it doesn't make any sense to force a player into your server. Are you suggesting that when you "unkick" a player, they get pulled out of whatever they're on and are forced into your server?

Because kicks are instant and non-lingering, the affected player can rejoin immediately after being kicked. If you accidentally kick a player, you can just send him a message, "whoops, accidentally kicked you, sorry for the inconvenience" and they'll probably forgive you and rejoin your server, provided that you don't do it repeatedly.
Kicks being non-lingering also means that its only real purpose is to remove AFK players from your server so that they don't pile up the memory. If you really want to remove someone that is causing trouble, use the ban system instead—but remember that bans can only be reversed manually.

One of my boys kicked the other so he could sleep. Now the once kick boy can't join the world.

I play in bedrock and it is quite annoying when people kick you for a joke or prank, but they can't rejoin for a couple of hours to days.

Please make a command that does not need to enable cheats to use.

Just make /unkick (username) on bedrock and Java if it isn’t already
